Our Story
Based in Burlington, ON, Frank’s Rail Services is a family-owned and operated company specializing in transportation sector site management, spill remediation, and refrigeration. For over 30 years of combined experience, our specialized technicians have helped organizations throughout Southern Ontario monitor, maintain, and record changes with refers from in-gating time to final departure.
From building, installing, and fuelling Gensets to managing waste and landscaping, we take pride in our ability to serve as a comprehensive, one-stop site management solution for each of our partners. In an industry that is plagued by contractors who only do part of the job and leave behind a mess for clients to clean up, we work to over-deliver and ensure complete satisfaction.
Our Team
Founded by experienced logistics professional Isabella Frank in 2013, FRS truly puts the family in family-owned business: Isabella’s sons Dominic (Shift Supervisor) and Matthew (Genset Technician) both work with the company full time, while her daughter Olivia also lends a hand on occasion.
In addition to the rest of the leadership group – Operations Manager Michael Scott, Office Manager Peggy, and Shift Supervisors Andy, Subrina, and Kimar – FRS is staffed by a team of highly skilled field technicians and specialists.
